III steps: acceptance, development and goals!

I’ve spent last few days looking for inspiration – this time in London – because my head is full of ideas! 🙂 Do not stand in one place, don’t rest … we grow and we are working during whole lifetime.
It is great to hear that you liked my training, I am pleased when I hear that you enjoy my recipes from my book or my blog. I am happy when you write that my diet is changing your life. I appreciate your feedback, I appreciate it very much because it gives me wings. I feel that what I do makes sense. I always try to look for positive attributes and behaviors of other people, the real ones because insincere compliments in my opinion, serves no-one.
Accept and seek recognition for yourself and others 🙂
What was your first thought when this morning in the bathroom you looked in the mirror?
You thought that you look nice, you have a healthy and supple skin, you are relaxed and can start a new day?
Did you smile to your reflection?
Do you treat yourself reasonably well and with respect?
No?! Why?!
Do you really have reason to be so strict with yourself? Hips are to big? belly? Or maybe you have a job that does not give you any satisfaction?
Ok, I understand, but … Now its time to take matters into your own hands!
Firstly, great that you can define the reason for your dissatisfaction. This is the first step, and now each step will take your closer to your destination!
If there is “something” that does not allow you to be happy, change it! Realizing the source of frustration, and then acceptance of the current situation will give you much more energy and motivation than complaining.
Easy to say? Equally easy to do!
- I step– Acceptance! Accept the person for which you want the best and wish her happiness? Keep in mind that this doesnt mean that you are giving up. On the contrary! This gives you the motivation, enthusiasm for action and making fight for what’s right for you, this should be the most important, that is YOU and YOUR happiness! Acceptance is the starting point, starting stage on the way to what you want to achieve.
- II step – Development! Set ambitious goals and constantly require from yourself to be better than a year and a month ago, or even yesterday. Do not forget that a centimeter less in the hips,one kilogram less or compliment from your boss is a success, but its not the end yet. If you want to enjoy a neat body you have to fight every day with such temptations as sweet candy or willingness to skip the training. You want a more interesting job, work on your skills, gain qualifications and learn. Never stand still! All these warm words, compliments and praise may be a perfect excuse to stop, but I know that helping someone and gives me additional will to work. It is because of you Im looking for new solutions, I work on my knowledge and skills. Sometimes I think that you are to me even bigger inspiration than I am for you 🙂
- Step III – Set new goals!
Think about what you dont like in yourself and what you need to do to change it? What and how it can help you with this and how much time you need for a change? Make a detailed, ambitious but realistic plan and stick to it. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED .!

Hello Anna! You are my inspiration! Your blog is great;) You are such a beautiful person in many ways. I love your workout videos and everything you post! I hate myself, I’m not confident, I don’t like my body, but when I read your blog, I just realize that I need to accept myself and start making changes!
