Lamb in coffee

Today something rather for special occasions, because it’s not that easy to buy good lamb.

However, it’s worth making it – coffee adds exceptional aroma and flavour to it. And the meal becomes special :).

I mixed all the ingredients thoroughly except for meat. I dipped washed meat in the marinade and kept in the fridge for one hour in the casserole. Next, I heated the oven up to 220 °C, stirred the marinade once again and put it all to the oven. I roasted it for 40 minutes in 180 °C. Check if the meat is browned, then you can take it out.
