It is Equally important to provide the body such food components, which improve the functioning of the nervous system. These include turmeric, almonds, walnuts, chia seeds, salmon, raw cacao, avocado.

Cocktail ”Green Power” Mind
Ingredients:
(one serving)
- 2 handful of spinach, 50 g
- half of Avocado , 70 g
- half of Apple, 75 g
- 1 Kiwi, 75 g
- 1 teaspoon of flax seeds, 5 g
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 6 g
- 1/2 cup of water, 120 ml
Preparation:
peel the fruits and diced it. Blend it together with water.
Do you want to additionally help your body? You can enrich your cocktail with products:
- Spinach Lio Shake 1 teaspoon, 2 g
The freeze-dried spinach is a concentrated source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin K, vitamin A, carotenoids, and folate (BUY IT HERE)
- Bio Spirulina, powder, 1/2 teaspoon, 1 g ( BUY IT HERE)
It is a rich source of readily absorbable proteins that constitutes about 70% of its weight. Spirulina is a rich source of β-carotene, vitamin E, K and B vitamins, it is also a good source of iron, copper, potassium and calcium, and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). It is also a good source of iodine, so that may constitute one of the elements for treatment of thyroid diseases caused by iodine deficiency. It is recommended primarily to people who are physically active, vegetarians and those above 60 years of age
