BLACKCURRANT PUDDING

As you know I really do like anything that’s both healthy and sweet 🙂.

You can eat today’s pudding for second breakfast (As for me, I was so tempted that I devoured it almost the moment I woke up :P). Chia seeds contain omega-3 (30%) and omega-6 fatty acids (40%). It is assumed that these
are the optimal proportions for exogenous fatty acids, which slow down the absorption of sugars and help regulate their levels in blood. The huge amount of fiber is beneficial for the digestive system and provides you with the feeling of satiety for a long time. For this reason, chia seeds are recommended for people struggling with overweight and obesity. The blackcurrants have arrived!  Hooray!

Preparation:

Mix the blackcurrants with coconut milk, syrup, and cinnamon. Add chia seeds and stir

vigorously with a spoon. Pour the mixture into a small jar and leave it in the fridge

overnight. Add your favorite fruit on top of the pudding.

Your breakfast is served.
