Rice Porridge with Baked Banana

I have a great recipe for your Sunday breakfast: rice porridge with baked banana. The dish is also perfect as a snack, a dessert, or brunch. I can guarantee this porridge tastes like heaven.

Preparation:

Cook the rice in the plant milk. Stir in all the other ingredients except for the banana and the cinnamon. Cut the banana in half, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake in the oven or on a frying pan. Serve the rice porridge with the baked banana.
