Fruits with granola for second breakfast – ACAI BOWL!

Today’s fruit recipe for a second breakfast with the use of berries, not only our native berries. We will also add exotic sister of polish berries – Acai berries.
Organic freeze-dried Acai berries powder is kind of concentrate that has approximately 10 times the content of vitamins and minerals than their fresh counterparts.

Fruits with granola for second breakfast – ACAI BOWL!

Preparation:

Place in the blender the frozen fruit, banana, coconut water, syrup, acai berries, cocoa, and optional coconut milk  which adds a nice texture (put it in the fridge first).Blend it all together.

At the end place the mixture into the bowl, and add granola on top (your choice of granola) , nuts and fruits.

Place in the fridge, eat when its chilled.
