Fruit Oatmeal

I know that most of you love seasonal fruit and so do I. Now is the time to enjoy them! That is why I have prepared a super easy recipe for you with a fruit vitamin bomb. 🙂 It is worth knowing that seasonal fruit do not only taste great, but also have a whole range of nutritional values. They are rich in vitamin C, which is a great antioxidant (you can read more about them HERE). What’s more, they also contain B vitamins and fiber, which supports our intestines. Carotenoids, which you can find e.g. in peaches, will have a positive effect on the condition of the skin. And the list goes on, but I guess I’ve already encouraged you to try them 🙂

 

Preparation:

I poured the coconut drink into the pot and added the oat flakes. I brought it to the boil, then turned the heat down and waited until the flakes were soft. I put the oatmeal in a bowl, stirred in the cinnamon and cardamom. I diced the peach and chopped the almonds. I put the sliced peach, currants and raspberries on top of the oatmeal. I added the almonds and drizzled it with maple syrup. Yummy!
