Golden Oatmeal with Fruit

Last autumn, I published here a text about the health-promoting properties of one of my favorite spices – turmeric. If you haven’t read it and want to catch up, you can find it HERE. In this recipe I used not only turmeric, but also cardamom, vanilla, and cinnamon. By adding these flavorful ingredients, you can turn ordinary oatmeal into a real explosion of taste! I encourage you not to be afraid to use spices and experiment. Most often, this is how the most interesting and tasty combinations are discovered 🙂

 

Preparation:

I cooked the flakes in coconut drink, added the spices, vanilla, and ghee and stirred everything thoroughly. I put the oatmeal into a bowl and sprinkled it with chopped almonds. Finally, I topped it with the fruit: some berries and diced orange.
