Power balls in the new version!
Power balls already adopted permanently in my diet 🙂
I hear from you,that in some houses they also have found their place on the menu. For whom the power balls? For all 🙂 – for you, for an athlete after training, for children, for pregnant women, whenever you have a sweet tooth . Replace with such sweet all the unhealthy candy from the shop, candy bars and chips. With the prepared mass you can be form also bars 🙂

Preparations:
Melt the coconut milk and oil in a pot over a low heat, add shredded coconut, vanilla and honey/maple syrup and mixed it. Move the mass on to a baking tray, and place in the fridge for an hour. When the mass got hard, cut into candy bars or balls. In a separate pot prepare a chocolate mass by dissolving coconut oil with malt and cocoa. Place the balls/bars on a paper and pour the chocolate . Place it in the fridge.
