Today I have prepared a recipe for a vegan dinner, which will also work great as a lunchbox meal ?
Preparation:
I boiled the beans and beetroot until soft, left to cool slightly and cut into smaller pieces. I diced the pumpkin and baked it in the oven. I cooked the pasta according to the recipe on the package. I added all the vegetables, oil and spices to the pasta and stirred. I sprinkled the dish with black cumin. It looks amazing on a plate and it tastes just the same!?
