Melon cocktail

I prepared another spontaneous, but as always valuable cocktail :).

Its main component is a melon, which has properties similar to watermelon. Melon eliminates bloating and hydrates the body, so it is perfect for hot summer days. I would recommend it to all who struggle with obesity and appetite for sweets, because melon is sweet, juicy fruit, causing a feeling of satiety. It contains vitamins C and E, calcium, iron, beta – carotene, potassium, zinc and phosphorus.

Yum! Try to take advantage from summer fruits and mix all kinds of cocktails;)

For everyday drinking as usual I recommend my favorite carrot cocktail: beetroot, parsley, apple, ginger – Experiment with ingredients and share the effects 🙂
