Salad with chanterelles and green beans

The autumn is approaching. We can see it and feel it because of the aura outside … but it is not bad 🙂 because during this period, we can enjoy the autumn gifts of nature, and to them we can undoubtedly add mushrooms. Today in the role of the main actor we have chanterelles which you can get at every market – if you do not like or do not have time to pick them up yourself. I made a quick salad.

Do you like to walk to the forest to search for mushrooms? I used go to supplement my supplies, by going to the woods.

Preparation:

Heat the ghee butter in the pan and add cleaned chanterelles. Add rosemary and marjoram, salt, pepper and simmer until soft.
In a separate pot, cook beans in salted water
To the serving  bowl add chopped rucola chopped tomatoes, prepared chanterelles and finely chopped cooked beans. Sprinkled with almond flakes and grated parmesan cheese
