Millet Pudding with Fruit
Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. It is worth making sure that what you have at the start of your day is filling and warming. A well-composed first meal gives you energy to act and prevents you from succumbing to the autumn blues! 🙂
Preparation:
I cooked the millet groats according to the recipe on the package and let it cool. I blended the groats with the rice drink. I added honey, cinnamon and mixed it up. I put the pudding into a bowl and added diced banana and blueberries on top.
