Don’t fool yourself!
Another dose of motivation so that you wont forget about your goals!
I’m here to support you! I am with always and everywhere you and I am keeping my fingers crossed. Dont forget that we are what we do, not what we say we will do. If you want to make your dreams start your work now – not tomorrow, not from “famous” Monday. Start your action because the clock is ticking, dont wait!If you dont know how much you can gain if you decide to give up the pleasure and go to work, then I’ll help you find the answer! See the metamorphosis of people like you, who publish on the blog. They have already taken up the challenge, they took matters into their own hands and got what they have long dreamed for. This is a decent dose of motivation for you and for me! You will find that it pays off to know the history and the people who fought with problems such as yours and won!
Since a long time we can see that the list of unhealthy products have grown to incredible size. You can get a headache just by listening to information what to exclude, and what you should avoid. You did stop believing that food can be healthy and tasty at the same time. I know that I also have quite restrictive approach to diet, but trust me it is worth it! Remember, however, that it is better to give up unhealthy products in small steps. Slowly get use to healthier food, rather than jump into the deep end and from day-to-day almost completely change your diet. This will lead to frustration and will quickly discourage you.
It is preferable to set a realistic plan and exclude unhealthy products gradually.
Let the first step be the replacement of fizzy, sugary drinks with natural juices or mineral water, and instead of packets of crisps its better to eat a handful of nuts or a piece of homemade ham 🙂
Dont plan a marathon for your first training session, let it be only a 30 minute walk with great company 🙂
Congratulate yourself that you’ve just taken the first step 🙂
Bravo! I always knew that you could do it 🙂
