Readers of my blog know that I’m fond of cream soups. They are delicious, easy to digest and provide a lot of healthy nutrients.
Today something rather for special occasions, because it’s not that easy to buy good lamb.
I don’t specialize in steaks (it’s still ahead of me), but I happen to cook them. It is usually when my organism is loaded with workouts very much as, for example, during the previous training camp.
We do not have to make a lot of effort in order to eat one of the healthiest fish :).
I announce here: watermelon is the king of August! The Sun is not giving up, so let’s keep on being friends with watermelon, perhaps it may reign also in September :).
We like cucumbers bur we rarely appreciate their nutrition values. And they have plenty of those.
