The characteristic feature of Indian dishes is their aroma. This is possible thanks to the detailed selection of spice mixtures, which not only give them a unique taste, but also because of the health values they carry. Inspired by the Asian flavors I prepared an "Indian" soup with fish. Wild salmon is my choice ;)
