Coconut milk soup with beef

Soup has disappeared from every plate quite fast, so I guess I can safely recommend : D

 

Preparation:

Place the meat in the refrigerator for about an hour in a marinade prepared using all ingredients intended for it. After an hour remove the beef and cut into thin, stripes. Then roast the meat in a deep, hot pan until browned. Add the shredded onion and simmer. Then pour the broth and simmer under low heat.

In the meantime cut the carrot into small slices, as well as the peas, celery and lemon grass. Add vegetables to the meat, season with spices and continue to cook with the lid on. After about 15 minutes, add coconut milk and simmer for another 10 minutes.

 

In a dry pan fry sunflower seeds and sesame seeds. When you put everything in the bowls, add pasta (rinse pasta with water) and sprinkle with sesame and sunflower seeds.

If you are a vegetarian instead of meat you can add tofu.Cut it into cubes and heat in a saucepan for about 5-8 minutes with soy sauce (add oil to the pan so the tofu wont stick).
