The media have been reporting for years about what is healthy and what we should avoid. Information in newspapers or on the Internet become outdated in a few months. “It has been discovered…”, “It was found poisonous…”, “Eat only… .” That’s confusing.
We are still enjoying warm summer, so let’s eat ice-cream :). Colourful, tasty and healthy, because home-made!
Quite a lot of recipes on this blog are about breakfasts. I promote the idea of properly composed breakfasts, because they are really significant for our health.
We like cucumbers bur we rarely appreciate their nutrition values. And they have plenty of those.
Today I made the dinner that tastes good only in the summer – with fresh chanterelles. I added healthy spices, in this case – fenugreek. This is what Ożarowski writes about this amazing plant:
I made this smoothie during the strawberry season, but you can use other seasonal fruits, e.g. raspberries, blueberries or cherries.
Today, gluten-free sweetness – a blueberry cake. I like those dark blue berry fruits a lot, their flavor and aroma that reminds me of the woods.
