I recently wrote that it’s hard for me to become a vegetarian, because I can’t give up eating fish.
More and more sportspeople claim to be vegetarians or even vegans. For the time being, they make up a tiny percent of the sports community, but I have an impression that there will be more and more of them soon.
Mulberry travelled here from China. Missionaries, who were interested in silk production, brought it with them. However, healing properties of mulberry were discovered much later, though, the Chinese had been using its healing properties for thousands of years.
My next all-day menu suggestion. You can add fresh strawberries or other seasonal fruit to your oatmeal for breakfast.
We have various types of rice and I’m glad we can enjoy more of them in our shops. They differ in terms of flavour, colour, consistency, let’s try!
