I am still trying to figure out different kinds of use of vegetables, also in desserts. Today another attempt, already eaten, so it's a successful one. I barely had time to take a pictures :).
Spring is a capricious lady, but sometimes it's graciously giving us the sun, and sometimes even hot days. Cold soup is perfect for these days :).
