Buckwheat pancakes with cocoa

Perfect breakfast, especially with fruit from my travel suitcase. I hope that you will all like buckwheat pancakes even without fruits of Arabia 🙂

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour (200g)
  • 3 heaped tablespoons cocoa
  • 500 ml rice milk
  • 3 blended dates
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • ½ pinch baking powder

I blended it all together. If batter is too thick, you can add water. I fried it in ghee butter.
