Crunchy Granola with Warming Spices

I love to warm up my body with spices on cold days, I add them to almost all dishes. Today I have for brunch a warm, crunchy granola with vegetable yogurt. Home-made granola always lasts for a long time. I store it in an airtight jar for 2-3 weeks. Unless it disappears sooner 🙂

Preparation:

I mixed all the ingredients thoroughly, adding melted oil, maple syrup or honey and spices. You can skip the spices you don’t like or when the taste is too intense for you. You can also mix in other spices, it’s all up to you 🙂 I put the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and baked it for about 20-30 minutes at 140°C, stirring 3 times while in the oven. At the end I mixed in the raisins (if you do it earlier, they will burn).
