Apple pancakes

Pancakes are what I do best and I do them in many different ways. For my daughter, the apple pancakes are the most delicious for breakfast.

PREPARATION:
Cut the apple into small pieces, add all the ingredients and mix them. Melt the ghee butter in a pan, fry the pancakes on both sides. Best serve them with fresh apple mousse or homemade jam.
