Banana Oat Cookies with Dried Fruit
It’s time for a sweet treat! This is a really lightning-fast and simple recipe. I recommend that you use porridge from my store (you can find it HERE) to prepare the cookies which will give them a wonderful fruity aftertaste. Instead of ready-made porridge, you can of course use regular oat flakes. 🙂
Preparation:
I blended the banana and mixed it with the porridge, sunflower seeds, nuts, honey and chopped dried apricots. Then I formed flattened cookies and put them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. I baked them at 170°C for about 15-20 minutes until they were golden brown 🙂
