Pasta with Dried Tomatoes and Parsley

I really felt like pasta the other day and decided to prepare a recipe for a quick lunch with dried tomatoes and parsley. Such one pot meals are a perfect solution for people who don’t have much time to cook. Don’t forget they’re also easy to pack and reheat at work so you can keep your mealtimes regular. 

 

Preparation:

I cooked the pasta with salt. Next, I melted the ghee in a pan and stewed the onion and garlic, added diced chicken breast and fried it. Then I added dried tomatoes, pasta, spices and olive oil. I stirred everything, sprinkled with parsley and heated for a while.
