Pear Tart

I have another recipe for healthy dessert. It’s also simple and does not require baking. The tart is always a great choice for special occasions. All you need to do is decorate it with, for example, fresh flowers. It looks really impressive and tastes… even better! ?

 

Preparation:

I roasted the hazelnuts in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180°C, then left them to cool. Next, I rubbed them in a kitchen towel to get rid of their skins. I ground the nuts with the sunflower seeds, added the dates, salt, cinnamon, coconut oil and blended everything. I put the dough I pressed the mixture onto the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan (20 cm in diameter) and refrigerated it.

I peeled and cored the pears, put them into a saucepan, covered them with water and stewed them with the lid on until tender. I blended the pears until smooth, added coconut milk, honey, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, agar and simmered for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly. I set  the mixture aside to cool.

I poured the pear filling onto the cooled bottom of the tart and put it in the fridge again for about an hour. Before serving, I decorated the tart with chopped nuts, flowers and fresh fruit. Enjoy! ?
