It’s Friday – any plans? A Party? OK, but first it’s workout time!
Today we focus on strong shoulders and arms!
For this exercise you will need a bottle of water or a weight.
Stand with your legs apart and your feet at hip width. Keep your abdomen tense, your back straight, shoulder blades pulled back. Gently push the chest forward. Do not bend the lower part of the spine.
Straighten your arms in front of you at shoulder height while holding the weight in both hands. Go round in a circle while keeping a straight and stable posture. Remember to use only your shoulders and arms during this exercise. Try to keep your torso still. Moving it is a common mistake in this exercise.
Control your body, breathe freely, and look ahead!
