Pâté from vegetables – a present for your thyroid
A powerful and warming supper.
Rebuild and regenerate your thyroid health!
Shred the carrots and zucchini (strain the juice with a paper towel) on a grater. Chop finely the parsley and broccoli. Grind the linseed. Heat the clarified butter in the pan, add chopped onion and simmer over a low heat, and then add garlic using a garlic press.
Add carrot, broccoli, zucchini and celery – simmer until soft.
Linseed and Plantago psyllium pour with warm water (about ⅓ cup) and stir with a teaspoon (such a mixture will work as an egg replacement). Add spices to the vegetables.
Put the mix of vegetables and the mixture of linseed with psyllium and mix them together. You may sprinkle the top with buckwheat bread crumbs. Put it in the tin lined with baking paper and bake it in 180 ºC for 50-60 minutes.

You may blend vegetables from the broth adding pieces of cooked meat – you’ll get a nutritious cream soup!Such a supper will help you to regenerate and rebuild your thyroid. It’ll give you energy and will warm you up!
