Trout baked with ginger and garlic
Not everyone likes Christmas carp and I know that you are often looking for replacements for the festive table. Such a replacement could be trout, which is easily available and cheap. I hope you will like the version I proposed 🙂
Trout baked with ginger and garlic:
Preparation:
Wash the fish thoroughly and dry it with a paper towel. Peel the carrots, ginger and garlic and slices it.
Place all the marinade ingredients into a glass and mix it well. Pour the mixture on a fish, and place the rosemary inside the fish. Leave it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
After removing from the refrigerator, add ginger, carrot, and garlic in to the fish and on top place sliced tomato, ginger and garlic. Wrap the fish in a baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
