GREEN AND WARMING UP SOUP
There’s rain and greyness outside. I felt like I was losing energy. A cold? Exhaustion?
Time to act! I made myself a warming up soup. It’s actually a hot cocktail :).
Clean parsley, chop it and boil it in a litre of water for 10 minutes. Add spices and oil and blend it. Sprinkle it with sprouts.
It worked! 🙂
