VEGETABLES TO WARM YOU UP
Let’s warm up a bit during this cold time and add some Indian spices to regular vegetables. It will taste like sun and we don’t have a lot of it nowadays. Let the sun shine on you from the plate 🙂
Clean you broccoli and divide it into smaller parts. Peel potatoes and dice them. Slice onion and garlic and fry them on clarified butter, add ginger onto the pan. Take a cast-iron pot, preheat it and add butter, spices, onion and garlic. Then, add the vegetables and cover them with water. Cover the pot and let it stimmer. When the potatoes are soft, sprinkle everything with lemon juice and add mango.
