Unusual salmon tartare with peas and avocado

Tartare has both supporters and opponents, but salmon lovers definitely should try my today’s recipe. 🙂 Salmon tartare is a great idea for a starter or fat-protein breakfast. Remember, however when you like to prepare the meals which contain raw meat or fish, use only the highest quality and fresh products.

 

Preparation:

I diced the salmon finely, then peeled the avocado, destoned and chopped it. I drained the peas, mixed all ingredients and formed the tartare on a plate (I used a round mould to make it look good). I drizzled it with a few drops of lemon juice.
