Shrimps with butter

And now a good suggestion for dinner, also post-workout meal – a healthy portion of protein.

The most valuable are fresh shrimps, but it’s of course difficult for obvious reasons – since we live in Poland it’s hard to get fresh shrimps.

For this meal I used frozen shrimps. I cooked them in clarified butter and I added some garlic, dill, a little  bit of salt and pepper. You may  enrich your sauce with white wine, which fits nicely with seafood.
