Smoothie Bowl for Brunch
There are days when as a mum you find it difficult to do everything on time in the morning. Sounds familiar? Usually, carrying out all the morning duties is at the expense of the time you would otherwise spend preparing your brunch. That’s why I have prepared a quick recipe for a smoothie bowl that will give you a boost of energy for the whole day. It comes along with a great taste and a beautiful, sunny color. That’s all you need in the morning rush to stay healthy 🙂
Preparation:
I peeled the mango and diced it, and set aside a small portion for decoration. I blended the remaining part with the frozen banana, acerola, turmeric, and orange juice. I decorated the smoothie with the diced mango and sprinkled it with chia seeds and almond flakes.
