A BREAKFAST GRANOLA WITH a MOUSSE

It happens to me often – before going to bed I start thinking about a delicious breakfast so I try to fall asleep immediately to make morning happen earlier 🙂

Especially – when I think about breakfasts with granola. Granola with a green mousse? This must be heaven!

Why not decorate it nicely even if we serve only for ourselves? It looks nicer and makes us feel better. That’s why I decided to serve it with beautiful, colorful fruit 🙂

Breakfast granola with a mousse

How to preprare it:

Mix all the ingredients carefully and put tchem in the oven for 20-30 minutes, 160 degrees. Add dried fruits and coconut flakes at the end. Pu tinto a bowl when it’s ready.

You can add some spices, depends on the taste you want to get.

Mousse: mix all the ingredients.
