PRETTY IN PINK – millet porridge

You can change it by putting pink glasses on, but I know an easier way to do it! Let’s colour our days with pink millet porridge :). It’s healthy and it tastes like coconut. I recommend it as a second breakfast.

Cook your millet over a medium heat. Add raspberries after 10 minutes of cooking (leave a few for decoration). Mash them with a fork, add clarified butter and cinnamon. Whip coconut cream in a seperate bowl (you’ll find a recipe HERE)
