Scrambled eggs. Why is it worth eating eggs?

Eggs are a very valuable culinary ingredient. Egg protein and its other components are often hard to substitute with other products.

And what is the demand for individual macronutrients for the proposed portion of scrambled eggs? Are you interested 😉 ?

Scrambled eggs with turkey sirloin and vegetables

Preparation:

Melt the ghee butter in the pan. Add diced onion, tomato, grated carrot, spinach and turkey.

Add the egg whites, and after a while when they are slightly cooked, add the yolks and combined them with the rest of the ingredients. Then add diced avocado.

Served the scramble eggs with any vegetables, I suggest today to do it with spinach, tomatoes and avocado

Did you know that a yolk that has undergone thermal treatment for too long loses its values?

The omega-3 fatty acids contained in the yolks and lecithin have anti-inflammatory and anti-thrombotic properties – remember this.

In addition, they are perfectly absorbed!

That is why I suggest adding them at the later stage of cooking
