Soft banana cake with warming cocoa

Cocoa is rich in tryptophan, which is converted to one of the main neurotransmitters in our body – serotonin (often also called the hormone of happiness). At the same time, thanks to the content of compounds such as theobromine, caffeine and cocoa anandamide has a stimulating effect, improving the mood. The content of the phenylethylamine compound in cocoa raises the level of dopamine in the body, which translates into improved focus, alertness and well-being.
The cake comes out soft and tasty, and the scent in the house while baking … I just love it 🙂
Preparations:
Mix all the ingredients in the kitchen mixer, adding one by one in order: egg, yoghurt, coconut oil, bananas and coconut sugar, mix and add the remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 45 minutes.
