Fruity, summer madness is gone 🙂 There is nothing to mourn, but its time to enjoy the benefits the autumn is giving us. One of the product is an apple, available on all the markets.

In Poland, they ripen in the summer, autumn and winter because they are characterized by a ten-month storage period, which can be enjoyed all year round.

Preparation:

In a deep frying pan with coconut oil, simmer finely chopped onion and leek. Add  peeled and finely chopped apples and simmer together under the lid, add the broth and spices,cook for about 10 minutes,  then blend everything together.
