Spaghetti with asparagus and coconut :)
You dont have an idea for dinner after workout? You are tired of carbohydrate meals in the form of rice? Maybe it’s time pasta?
The organism is undergoing specific processes after intense effort. In the muscles there are catabolic processes (disintegration) and glycogen stores are used. To get your body back to balance after training you need to provide it with a portion of carbohydrates.
My suggestion for today:
Pasta with asparagus, and my favorite coconut
Preparation:
Cook pasta (al dente) with a bit of salt and olive oil. Wash asparagus and remove the wooden ends. Place it in a container for steaming and put it on a pot of water with pasta, cook it at the same time. Blend the onion and garlic, then simmer it on a hot pan with olive oil. Add the broth and thick coconut milk (from the can), and pasta and spices. Optionally, add blended goat cheese or parmesan cheese. Last but not least add sliced asparagus.
