Vegetable Pasta with Shrimps in Flavorful Tomato Sauce

You know that Valentine’s Day in my opinion is not only a celebration for those in love, but simply – love. It is worth spending this day with someone close, regardless of whether it is our other half, children, parents, or friends. Celebrating time spent together is the most beautiful thing we can give each other – and not only on this day. Finding space for shared meals is, in my opinion, an important part of building closeness, and if we share meals, then of course we should go for the delicious and healthy ones.

I have prepared for you an idea for a dish that will be perfect for both a romantic dinner on Valentine’s Day and a varied dinner for the whole family. Check it out!

 

Preparation:

Using a vegetable peeler, I sliced the zucchini into thin vegetable noodles. In a frying pan, I heated the butter and fried pressed garlic. I added the prawns and fried them for about 2 minutes on each side. Then I added the spices and tomatoes, stirred and stewed until the sauce evaporated and slightly thickened. I put the zucchini pasta in boiling water for a few seconds, then drained it and put it on a plate. I added the sauce with prawns on top, and decorated the dish with coriander, sesame seeds and chopped nuts. Enjoy!
