Spring Millet Salad

Spring and summer are probably the best seasons for all those who love cooking and healthy food. We can enjoy fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Will they appear on your plates? As soon as the weather starts to cooperate, there’s no need to wait! 🙂

 

Preparation:

I rinsed the groats under running water, cooked them according to the instructions on the packaging, and left them to cool.

Next, I sliced the cucumber and radishes, cut the cheese into cubes, and chopped the chives. I put the groats into a bowl and added the vegetables on top. Then I poured olive oil over the salad, sprinkled it with lemon juice, and seasoned with salt and pepper.
