Strawberry & Avocado Smoothie
We all sometimes have days with a schedule that is full practically from morning to evening when it is hard to squeeze in some time to have a healthy meal, let alone prepare one. In such situations, planning and packing something that is nutritious but at the same time quick both in preparation and in consumption, is always helpful.
My ideal solution for such days are smoothies. Remember, however, that in order for them to be really nutritious, it is worth compiling them properly. Fruit alone with a vegetable drink or water will not be satiating enough in the long run. That is why the recipe I offer today contains not only strawberries (you can use fresh or frozen), but also avocado and oatmeal, which will make you feel really full.
Preparation:
I blended all the ingredients until smooth. If you prefer a more liquid consistency, you can add some water. Delicious, quick, and healthy!
