Thai Soup
If you feel like something more flavory and spicy today, try the Thai soup recipe. It’s a great way to warm up from the inside! I love such flavor combinations: delicate coconut milk, chili pepper and rice noodles ?
Preparation:
I cut all the vegetables and fried them in hot clarified butter, poured in the stock and cooked until the vegetables were tender. Then I added the prawns, coconut milk, pasta and stirred in the spices. I cooked it for about 10 minutes and then decorated it with fresh coriander.
