The easiest pumpkin soup with broth!

Are we still using the pumpkin recipes? 🙂 As always, Im trying to choose products available during certain season ..and a  pumpkin is undoubtedly one of the most characteristic and accessible autumn vegetables. Yes, I wrote autumn … 🙂 and yes, soon we will welcome winter … but neither autumn nor winter we are not afraid!

You did cook the broth yesterday? the whole family ate it, but it was still not finished and you no longer feel like eating it? Dont worry, it will create super fast, but also delicious pumpkin soup 🙂

Pumpkin soup with broth.

Preparation:

Cut the Pumpkin in half, bake with the skin for approx. 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Once done, remove the skin and add to the broth – blend it together and add seasoning

Ready!
