Valentine’s Cup with a Hint of Chili
Valentine’s Day is in two days! How about celebrating it with a delicious, sweet breakfast…? I suggest chocolate mousse with a hint of chili which (as you probably know) is an aphrodisiac! The spicy seasoning will make it more flavorful and break the sweet taste of the cream. You can find this recipe and many more in my Diet and Training by Ann app HERE.
Preparation:
I poured boiling water over the dried dates and set them aside for about 15 minutes. I cut the vanilla pod in half and hollowed out the seeds. Then I poured the coconut drink into a pot, added the oat flakes, and simmered over low heat for a few minutes until they were soft. I added soaked dates, cocoa, maple syrup, chili, cinnamon, and vanilla and blended it all.
I transferred the mousse into a cup and topped it with chopped nuts and thawed raspberries 🙂
