Holiday POWER cocktail with guarana

During the summer, fruit and vegetable markets are smiling to us;).

Let’s reciprocate the smile with healthy shopping :), let’s enjoy the quick but nutritious meals as well as snacks or nutritious cocktails. In the summer I add more cocktail recipes  because I know you like them and i get the most requests from you.

In summer days, we don’t like to stand  in the kitchen for too long, but we need energy to function at full speed. My proposal for a power cocktail is strawberry-watermelon with guarana, which is one of the best sources of caffeine in nature – its content in fruits ranges from 3 to even 6%. The guarana effect is similar to coffee, but lasts longer.

Guarana has a number of beneficial effects for our body, including fighting with fatigue, increasing physical strength, concentration, supporting long-term memory, and can improve overall well-being. At the same time, caffeine contained in guarana fruits helps to reduce excessive weight, antioxidant and antimicrobial activity. In addition, compounds such as theobromine and theophylline found in the fruit support the effects of caffeine. Guarana is a great alternative for people who do not consume coffee but are looking for a source of stimulation.
