Warm up your body! Ginger infusion-> Diet by Ann
Autumn is not very friendly for out body resistance. There is not much light, its getting colder outside. Not without a reason the word “blues” is often compiled with the term “autumn”.
As every year you are thinking of how to manage it? What to prepare to feel more energy? I ALWAYS recommend ginger!
Preparations:
Dice the ginger (about a handful) and cook it in a saucepan with the cloves. To a separate container , add the sliced lemon and orange (previously washed with boiling water). Then add the pieces of cooked ginger. Add water. At the end add a tablespoon of honey.
Even the appearance and aroma will warm you up! And the taste? Judge for yourself, it is worth trying because it’s really an excellent tea for the upcoming cooler days.
