Healthy, spring soup with kohlrabi!

Finally, spring vegetables are available on the market:)

Who  did not wait for this moment? Today we have kohlrabi, which I like not only in a soup 🙂

Kohlrabi is rich in iron, so it is especially recommended to pregnant women. It contains lutein, which contributes to visual acuity and is a source of many vitamins and minerals important for health. In addition, it helps to fight off cancer and has antibacterial properties.

Healthy, spring soup with kohlrabi!

Preparation:

Wash the vegetables and then shred them (if anyone prefers, you can also  cut the veggies into cubes). Fry the onion and sliced leek on a ghee butter  and add the rest of the vegetables. Pour in the broth and add spices. Cook until the vegetables will be soft. At the end add chopped parsley and dill.
