Indian soup with fish

The characteristic feature of Indian dishes is their aroma. This is possible thanks to the detailed selection of spice mixtures, which not only give them a unique taste, but also because of the health values ​​they carry.

Inspired by the Asian flavors I prepared an “Indian” soup with fish. Wild salmon is my choice 😉

 

Preparation:

Wash the salmon thoroughly and cut it into even pieces. Then sprinkle with lemon, add sea salt, pepper and place it under cover. In the meantime, grate the ginger , crush garlic cloves and simmer with coconut oil. Divide broccoli into small pieces and place into coconut milk. Cook until soft, add spices: curry, turmeric, pepper, cumin. Then add garlic, ginger and salmon pieces, cook for a while. At the end add chopped cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Sprinkled everything with fennel seeds.
